गाय को राष्ट्रीय पशु घोषित करने वाली याचिका सुप्रीम कोर्ट मे खारिज, याचिकाकर्ता पर फटकार

नई दिल्ली : सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गाय को राष्ट्रीय पशु घोषित करने को खारिज करते होए याची करता को फटकार लगाई है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने याचिका पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सुनवाई से इनकार कर दिया है।सुप्रीम कोर्ट के इस रुख के बाद याचिकाकर्ता ने याचिका को वापस ले लिया है। आपको बातादे के सुनवाई के दौरान जस्टिस संजय किशन कौल ने याचिकाकर्ता के वकील को फटकार लगाते होए पूछा कि क्या यही कोर्ट का काम है?

 इससे किसके मौलिक अधिकारों का हनन हो रहा है? जस्टिस कौल ने आगे कहा कि आप ऐसी याचिकाएं क्यों दायर करते हैं।जहां हम आपको ऐसी याचिकाओं पर जुर्माना लगाने के लिए मजबूर हो जाएं। क्योंकि आप अदालत आए हैं, इसलिए क्या कानून को हवा में उड़ा दें?

आपको बतादे के ये कोर्ट का वक़्त बरबाद करने जैसा है।आपको मालूम हो की कोर्ट नए इस याचिका पर सुनवाई करने पर इंकार कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि वो इस याचिका पर सुनवाई नहीं करेगी। इसके बाद याचिकाकर्ता के वकील ने अपनी याचिका वापस ले ली।

Petition to declare cow as national animal dismissed in Supreme Court, reprimanded the petitioner

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has reprimanded the petitioner, while rejecting the declaration of cow as the national animal. The Supreme Court has refused to hear the petition. After this stand of the Supreme Court, the petitioner has withdrawn the petition. During the hearing of the matter, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul reprimanded the petitioner's lawyer and asked whether this is the work of the court? Whose fundamental rights are being violated by this? Justice Kaul further said that why do you file such petitions. Where we are compelled to impose fine on you on such petitions. Because you have come to court, so should you blow the law to the wind?

     Let me tell you, this is like wasting the time of the court.You know that the court has refused to hear the new petition. The court said that it will not hear this petition. Thereafter the counsel for the petitioner withdrew his petition.
